You experience a tense feeling and discomfort, and notice that your body gives signals such as pressure on the chest or stiff shoulders. You may feel that it takes a lot of energy, that you become easily overstimulated, and that you withdraw somewhat from contact with others. Sleepless nights and persistent worrying thoughts do not make it any easier to function in your daily life.
You know that you want things to be different, but not yet how.
Together, in my practice for hypnotherapy and counseling in Amsterdam, we work toward more calmness in your mind, relaxation in your body, and trust in yourself, so that you can experience balance in your daily life again.
With hypnotherapy and counseling we work in an integrative way, which means that the process is tailored to you and your situation. Together we explore what is happening beneath the surface and which patterns contribute to anxiety, overthinking, or stress.
Through greater insight and awareness, space can arise for change.
By combining hypnotherapy with counseling and relaxation techniques, we can explore and change deeper patterns of anxiety, stress, and overthinking. In my practice I work with short-term programs. The waiting time is usually no longer than three weeks. In an average of 6 to 10 sessions, we work step by step toward more calm, energy, and balance.
