By combining methods such as hypnotherapy, body-oriented techniques, and self-regulation, my programs focus on complete recovery from stress patterns, not just symptom relief.
Counseling, psychotherapy & hypnotherapy
Within treatment, hypnosis can be used to purposefully influence deeper, unconscious processes. This can often accelerate the therapeutic process. You learn how to enter a trance state and use this state to support your goals.
Hypnosis is a natural form of focused attention. Think of moments when you become completely absorbed in a book, film, or thought, and the world around you briefly fades into the background. Or when you cycle from point A to point B and suddenly think, “How did I get here already?” That is trance.
During hypnosis, such a state is intentionally induced so that you direct your attention inward. In this concentrated state, you can work effectively toward positive change.
Counseling and therapy focus on removing inner blockages and breaking patterns that hinder you, without having to revisit everything from the past. We look at what is influencing you now and what is needed to experience calm, balance, and freedom of movement again.
The foundation of this guidance is awareness. You gain insight into what you need, what works for you, and which direction suits you best. From this clarity, you take steps toward more calm, energy, and balance.
In every session, your experiences and what you have noticed are central. We build on what has already started to shift, so that you not only reach your goals but also develop the skills to rely on independently in the future.

Stress, anxiety, and burnout are usually not resolved in a single session.
That is why I mainly work with structured programs: a clear progression over time, with space for recovery, deepening, and integration.

Balance Programs
Balance 1 – Stop overthinking & mental restlessness

This is the most complete and in-depth program for sustainable recovery.

Program Extension
When additional depth is desired, a program can be extended once with:
Extension bundle
- 2 extra sessions (60–75 minutes)

Extensions are always discussed together and only applied when helpful for the recovery process.
Individual Sessions
A single session is possible for a specific, clearly defined question, as an introduction, or as follow-up after completing a program.
For issues that require multiple sessions, I recommend a structured program, as this provides more calmnes, structure & coherence and depth.
